Halkalı project on TEM highway

On an area of more than half a million square meters,  project is located in Halkalı district of Küçükçekmece municipality in the European part of Istanbul.

The construction companies are Artaş, mesa, and K&A, among the most important construction companies in Türkiye.

The project is bounded north by the TEM international highway which links Asia with Europe, starting in Iran and ending in Portugal, passing through Istanbul.

Near the project, two metro lines connect it to Istanbul Airport and the city center ( Şişli area ).

The project is characterized by the presence of many universities and hospitals, such as Altınbaş University and Akif Ersoy Hospital, in addition to many private and public schools.

The project consists of 137 blocks with a total of 2287 apartments in styles from 1+1 to 4+1.

75% of the project is green spaces, in addition to social facilities in the central area such as tennis, football, basketball courts, and swimming pools.

Next to the project, there is Tema Word Park, which is one of the largest entertainment areas in Istanbul, similar to Disney Land.
