This is such a cute little spoon for the chicken collector or a spoon collector. It has the 4 stages of a rooster from chick to full grown. The spoon measures 5.5" in length so it is on the smaller side but not exactly a souvenir size sppon either. We have gotten a positive acid test for silver on the spoon but are not sure if it is solid or plated. It has the markings HV Met 40g and another mark that looks like a T on top of an H. I can't find the makers mark so I'm not sure who it might be. The weight of the spoon is 31.9g. It is in very good used condition with some light scratches from normal wear. There is some tarnish on the spoon but I have polished most of it away with a polishing cloth. The silver is nice and shiny. (Bin#MU4)
